Editing Pac files help?

I want to add angel garza to the game. But his pac file makes him replace Jim Neidhart(180). What if i want him to be in the place of golden Aj styles(717)? Ive tried repac and wrestleminus and in wrestleminus i saw the part i needed to change, but it wouldnt let me. As i understand this is one of the files that wrestleminus cant edit. So how do i edit the pac files? What program could help me just change 3 numbers in the pac?

Use CCT to install the .pac files in the slot you want and it should change everything accordingly.
Note however that Golden AJ Styles may be a  slot that's protected somehow, since it was a promotional thing, so you may not be able to replace him properly.

Ty for the reply i will try when i can. Because at first i tried to put him on golden aj styles and it didnt work, thats why i thought it was a problem with the pac file.
