How do I completely start over?

Hey,

Last summer I added like 200gb worth of mods to my install of 2K19. Eventually, something got corrupted and I couldn't fix it.

I uninstalled the game, and reinstalled it. The Wrestle Plus loading screen is gone, and the game seems completely normal again, and all my mods are gone, BUT, there are TONS of empty character slots in my character selection screen between Z and A.

How do I reset EVERYTHING so I can start modding again from the ground up?
