CCT Error with "creating the backup"

Hey, it's me, mr.new to modding again. So I was trying to download alberto del rio and everything was going fine until i tried importing the moveset with CCT. When i did, at the bottom appeard a message saying "There was an error with creating the backup. Please check your user rights or try it again without backup". I have searched youtube and smacktalks forums, but i havent found a solution. I only found in one squaredcircle video, where in the comments he said "run it as administrator". For me that didnt work. Please help, what is the problem?
