2K19 Crashing Today

2K19 Crashing today for no apparent reason. 

First it happened in Universe, so I tried once in exhibition, it worked, then I tried again to make sure... but it crashed again while choosing the first character.

(same one that I had just used on my test: Ultimo Dragon) vs Booker T,  I wanted to test Ultimo Dragon vs ??? but it crashed again. 

Not sure what is causing this.

Off Topic: something interesting happened on that match with Dragon vs Booker T

Black screen.... Undertaker beat Booker, then I got the pin, and then Mr Perfect ran in an it became a 2 on 1 Booker T & Perfect vs Ultimo Dragon.

First time I seen this. In the same scenario is still a 1 on 1, never seen it becomes a 2 on 1.

Update: I was looking into this and install Ultimo Dragon POFO again with CCT, tested him in exhibition and it worked well (vs Liger)

Now it was time to use him in Universe.... Dragon vs Gran Metalik .... but the game crashed again when loading the match.

I did installed the Pofo on both Superstars and Universe on CCT, also  Regenerate Chunk0.def.

 

EDIT:

Also crashed with Gangrel, I checked Dragon and Gangrel Pofo files and found no conflicts. Any idea on what could be causing this?

Note: This is happening mainly on Universe, in exhibition they work fine. Both appear in Universe but crash while loading into a match with them.
