Can't Download CAWs Due To DLC - Despite Having All DLC

Been having this glitch for a while now, been wondering if there's a solution to it. Despite having all the DLC and having used the accelerator to get every character, I'm still being met with not having characters required to download the character, even though I have every character, both non-DLC and DLC. 

 

Is there any solution to this? Would love to know/hope it doesn't require deleting my whole saved data. Thanks.

Have you played to all the "stories" (including DLC)? Maybe some of the characters and CAW gear are only unlocked if you play through them.

I kept getting this message only for any caw with Dusty Rhodes wrist tape used... it's weird.

In the end I gave up trying to download Caw's with said DLC issue

I had this with RyeeDee's John Morrison, although it seems to have taken care of itself now. Might be worth trying again.
