Is there a way to Rename modded attires e.g changing (ATTIRE 2) to (ALEXA BLISS NXT)

I saw that you can do with perfect package but there is no download link on the topic for it anymore

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks :)

If you use Data Editor for 2k19 it can be done.

When using Data Editor to unlock/activate alternate attires for characters, there is a slot where you can enter the Attire's name in a hex code that corresponds to an entry in the string file -- this allows you to use any existing name (the modded string file has lots of various options for alt attires), or you can use something like WrestleMinus to add something like ALEXA BLISS NXT to the string file, so that you can use that as your attire name.

Apologies if this is brief as I am not currently at my home PC to provide further screenshots, but hopefully this will put you in the right direction. If you're still having trouble, someone else (or me, once I get the chance) can provide more detailed information.

If its any help i read what cave waverider suggested and fastest way i found to do it was

. open data editor, go to universal attire unlocker, select the attire slot you want,  select the assigned wrestler you want by his pac number so say aj is 610,  and underneath it should say how many alt attires you have installed, so say its 3 each slot has a hex number like 50a2, then next is 5023 etc, to find the number you want for say red attire you would click the string table button, that bring up the sheet then ctrl + f and type red and it will find the word for you, go to far left corner where you will see 503F for example. ctrl + c that and go back into attire unlocker paste it where it says hex address over the default 50a2 then click the button apply attire unlock data then click save all data to misc01.... etc and repeat process for the rest of the attires.

Thats just how i do it and it works for me
