You need to download to game, then extract parts in bakedfile00.cak bakedfile01 etc... with wrestleminus 2.4.2.0 (credit to Pozzum).

I can't find the WM35 font, so I was wondering if it wasn't correctly uploaded or just that it's just not there by default.

For now, no one has been able to decompress dlc files. So no just because it's impossible.
