Help with CAE Item adder

I'm having trouble with cae item adder tool. My problem is that after I've opened the cae item pac, I cant open 26AD5 because I get an error that says it's not a pac file. Any suggestions? I'd also really appreciate it if someone could walk me through the process of using the tool since I've never used pac editor or cae item adder before. All I want to do is add the new age outlaws entrance to universe mode and the young bucks GFX so any help would be greatly appreciated.

That video has been taken down sadly.

You will have to try using the Wrestleminus method as shown in this  idea tutorial which replaced the previous one.
