Issues with created championships

When I add a championship to a show, I save the game turn off my ps4, the next time I load universe all created championships added to shows disappear causing me to reset adding that championship and re adding the title contenders. Is anyone else having this issue?

im having the same problem but all i have to do is add the same championship and it goes back to how it was its annoying
