Hi everyone, I wanna know if it's possible to mod the ring announcer call name in the CAW menu with sound editor and where they are located.

Thanks in advance

Are you talking about the nicknames they reference in-game? It's a little more complicated than that because the CAW names also have extra sound files for in-match commentary such as -> Sokolov makes the tag. etc.

Or are you talking about the stitched together names?

Yes - you'll need:

1. Sound Editor 2019 (a quick search here will locate the download link) which allows you export sound files (in .wem format) and inject new sound files over existing. It also converts on-.wem sound files to .wem format

2. Software to convert .wem files to a format that can be accessed by sound editing software like Audacity (e.g. Ogg / MP3)

Use Sound Editor 2019 to open ra_m.pck (and also make a backup) in the sounds folder.

Good luck :)
