Fixing of Custom Superstars Rendering!!

Hi all. Whenever I Create or Edit Superstar (either existing superstar or Custom superstar) in Superstar Studio. The bug is being displayed on the near superstar's hip, at the rendering. So, is there any fix for it. The preview of the bug is shown below :

In the above photo, bug is at the superstar's hip. So, somebody please tell me fix. Thank you.

Yes Bro. I tried this trick. But, still the problem exists.

And one more Information - I also, created a new save game file and simply edited the existing superstar in superstar studio and I saved it. But still the problem is there in superstar's rendering (either existing superstar or Custom Superstar) like in the above image I uploaded.

So, is there a problem of the files in game directory? that is, any file in game directory that is disturbing the superstar rendering ?   Or, it is causing because of mods ?
