Need some help having some issues

Up until yesterday I havent really had any issues adding new wrestlers or dds renders. Now when I add new wrestlers for example I added chyna yesterday and she will appear once I add the pofo file but if I close the game down she will not be in my roster when I relaunch. The weird thing I just stumbled upon is if i create a custom entrance for her now she appears in the game when i reload 2k19 also I try to add a new render for her yet it will not change she currently has buff bagwell as her render but I cant replace it with hers. I am using Custom Character Tools.
