Looking for help, unable to connect to 2k server

I am unable to connect to 2k19 server over a week now. I thought I could be wrestle+. But I don’t think so after to looking into it. Does anyone have some help, tips or suggestions. I’m able to connect to steam online. Tried other games & had no issues playing online with the other games. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
