Removing the buttons for "Menu" and "Skip" during entrances

I need to know where do I go to find the area with the "menu" and "skip" buttons, that appear during entrances. Such annoyance needs to go!

I may be wrong but I doubt anyone has been able to remove this. The question has been asked on the forum quite a few times.
