EMBER MOON 2k18 - 2k19 final port added

added  to the mod index, replaced old link

added 2k19 ring/entrance model, entrance/win animation, crowd signs, mov files, updated pofo, moveset.

entrance replaces earthquake - just remake it in the advanced maker.

By default there is 2k19 model, 2k18 can be found in the #2k18 folder.

PS - renders, titantron, entrance and winning animation added.

Prop item works without full animation. Dont know yet how to fix it, if you want, just delete prop file.
