I'm new to WWE 2k14 Modding

I recently started playing WWE 2k14 again.  That is such an awesome game.  I forgot how good it was.

 

I did not realize that you could insert custom images from paint tools from your own computer.  I didn't you could do this, even back when this game was popular.

 

Can someone help me how to accomplish this?  Of what I need, what programs I need, where to get them, and how to use them correctly?

I wanted to transfer custom images to the game and make my own renders.

 

I tried doing it and I have failed many times and really could use the help.

 

I did read on this part of the Help & Support that I need to have my Xbox 360 to be a JTAG setup... 

Is that correct to have it to work, that you need the JTAG setup? 

 

Can someone please help?
