What is the best controller to use for 2K on PC?

I think “best” is pretty subjective, but I personally use a wireless Xbox controller with a Bluetooth adapter and it works great.

In general, I'd recommend the Xbox One Controller (version 2, which started shipping with Xbox One S, as the older ones don't support Bluetooth - although you can plug them in via Micro-USB cable, too, if you don't care about wireless - or get the Xbox One Controller for Windows or even an Xbox 360 Controller for Windows with Wireless Adapter) should give you the least hassles and be compatible with most games as they have native XInput drivers and some games also only like Xbox controllers.
The DualShock 4 controller works well, too, if you prefer it (I myself love it for fighting games like Mortal Kombat), but you might have to use XInput emulators to work with some games as it doesn't have a native XInput driver and you might have Xbox One button prompts in games no matter what.
