Cave Waverider Posted October 29, 2019 Posted October 29, 2019 You'll have to share your detailed system specifications for people to help you. Do you meet the minimum System requirements posted on the WWE 2k20 Steam page? Which OS are you trying to run it on? The System specifications say Windows 10 64 bit with the latest updates is required to play the game, so if you're on an older OS that might be the culprit as older games required Windows 7 or later. King.Zo Posted November 2, 2019 Posted November 2, 2019 (edited) Hello I have had a lenghty "ticket" about this issue with 2k Support. So I have the same issue as you have. What works for me is completly turning off my computer not just putting it in that stupid standby mode in windows 10, to do that hold shift while clicking on the shut down button this turns your computer completly off. Now that you have done that turn the machine back on and unplug all your usb devices and connect them back. That works for me in 99% of the time. Your game should be up and running until it crashes.... This seems to be the only known fix to me otherwise you can try to make a ticket to 2ksupport altough it will take a couple of days until you have a definite answer on hands. Hope this works for you! Edit: and yes you have to do that every time even if you close your game, you have to redo the entire process to get back in. Edited November 2, 2019 by King.Zo Quote
