Xbox 360: Does anybody know how to add Non-Playable Characters (NPCs) into SvR '07?

There's hidden characters in SvR 2007 on Xbox 360 (which is pretty well-known considering there's videos out there), people like Vince, Steph, Coach, and the commentators and referees. The problem is, these videos don't explain anything, they just show it off. There aren't any game saves online that I could use, either (that K.G. guy disappeared.) So I want to get into Hex Editing solely for making these characters selectable. Hopefully I can do it without modding my Xbox?...Or maybe I don't have to mod it?

I know the game is really old, but please, if there's someone in here that could help, that'd be much appreciated.
