Replace Misc Images/Fool The Uploader

Forgive me if this seems like a bit of a dense question, but is there a resource that allows me to replace those misc images you can use (WWE designs/designs/flags etc) or fool the uploader into thinking I have images to download to use for that.

Preferably something like the sound editor for images.
