Addresses of .pofo and .moveset files are dynamic this year (which means they change on each game start), so you'll have to find the addresses yourself. Quote

That KG mod tool guy supposedly found a way to unlock them with his trainer and keep them unlocked but I don't want to pay that much to unlock NPCS. I'll give your method a try next chance I get.
