Title management

So i have been having this issue that when i go to title management all championships are the current wwe championship, no universal, nxt etc. I read a couple of other people have been having the same problem if someone knows how to fix this then pls do tell. Thanks in advance

Are you running a legit Steam version of the game ? I know some gamers who installed the codex  version have reported this issue.

Deleting the save file fixes this problem.

Hopefully when the game has been patched properly, you will purchase a legit version. @Dnz777's suggestion should fix the problem.

Like I said before, chances are I won't this year.

The only way is all what I want is covered and resolved:

• Most Glitches Fixed
• Blood Fixed
• CAB working
• Controls Fixed (back to WWE 2K19 is a Must for me) 
• More Open CH slots to add more MODS than on WWE 2K19 (specially with all the Legends removed, we... I need more slots available) 

 

This are the minimum I want, but the most important. Even IF all this is in, I won't pay full price, I would wait until is on sale for $20 or less.

In 18 & 19 I paid around $25-$30 and were well worth it and I am still playing them, but 2K20 doesn't has the same Wrestling fun factor, the controls are a real mess, the fact that it doesn't Save my changes, everytime I restart the game the controls are back to default is annoying. 

I really do not care about career or wacky stuff, so just like last few years I won't touch them.  

 

EDIT: Thank you guys for this suggestion, now I can see the belts.

Still the Keyboard settings go back to default after restarting the game. 

Does anyone knows if this is true on the legit version? I would really like to know.
