Help w/ ECW arena found on PS4 - need for PC

I found this amazing custom ECW arena on PS4 CC but I have the game on PC. I am mainly looking for the the image used for the outside of the ring (blood stained floor with images of fallen signs on the ground, looks exactly like the real thing).

Anyone know if this can be done for PC? Where I can find it? Can someone help me with an upload of simply rhe image and maybe I can do the rest?
