Why not do it yourself? Enough time and amazing effort has been put in by enough people on mods, arenas etc. that it wouldn't be too hard to do, which I guess is why you are fishing for someone to make it, because you haven't taken the time to look at what's out there.

True, its just im not that great at modding myself. is there anyway to have the main menu look similar to here comes the pain? and if so how would i get around to doing it

No ones great at anything until they try, people aren't born with modding ability, they develop it through time and effort
