MajorPayne Posted August 27, 2019 Posted August 27, 2019 well I was in the middle of importing some themesin , when a power outage hit . which restarted my pc . when I go back in sound editor I get a message saying .. unhandled exception has occurred in your application - hexadecimal value 0x00, is an invalid character. line 9 , postion 1. I even tried reinstalling but no success , please I got no clue. Quote

MajorPayne Posted August 27, 2019 Author Posted August 27, 2019 dame , so I did originally had it installed on e drive , which some how messed up from the power outage. but when I reinstall it to the e drive that message keeps appearing. but when I install it to the c drive it works, but I need it on the edrive . someone help please im lost. Cave Waverider Posted August 27, 2019 Posted August 27, 2019 Sudden power loss while accessing a hard disk drive (especially writing) can easily lead to data corruption/loss and even damage to the drive. Best run chkdsk on it and see if Windows finds any problems. 1 Quote
