WrestlePlus Can't download

Maybe this is something on my end but after waiting for 5 seconds on AdFly and clicking "Skip Ad" I get redirected to a blank page which just says:

"The webpage at https://motheregarded.info/redirect?tid=759228&dp_href=https%3A%2F%2Fdrive.google.com%2Fopen%3Fid%3D15bRyrIh9xq8Mvp_WJFGiQ57dCmp8sI-Y&dp_lp=adfly_allow&dp_allb=redirect&dp_ob=redirect&dp_hop=3&subid=12819869 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address."

Not only that but it also pops up a second window which usually consists of scams or malware. I'm not using any extensions and my computer doesn't have any viruses so why is this happening and how do I fix it?

I managed to install WrestlePlus once but the same thing was happening then, I must have tried over 50 times before it actually worked and it just seemed to be luck when I managed last time. Does anyone else have this issue?
