Beefi Posted August 20, 2019 Posted August 20, 2019 Instead of adding custom renders for every slot in CCT, can I just use the default render in the game, or do I have to extract that myself? Quote

Hi, You don't need to add custom renders to any slots. This is a matter of personal choice. Default ingame characters have their own renders. The render option in CCT is implemented for adding renders to custom characters. The default renders for in game characters will still be loaded unless you change them. If you have replaced renders for default characters using CCT, you can restore the renders by navigating to WWE 2K19\mods\CCT\renders\pac\menu\win\Assets\wwe19_singleread\texture\ssface\ folder. open both the type A and Type B folder and delete all its contents, or remove the render files which are numbered based on the character ID. Sorry, I'm talking about when you, for example, set AJ to have 10 attire slots. Would I have to inject a new render for every attire or can I just use the default render for every attire slot, if so how may I go about that? Because the render would just be blank if I don't add any. Quote

Also, do you know why if I delete the render I injected from a default superstar he just shows up blank instead of the default render? Quote
BlindedByTheGrace Posted August 20, 2019 Posted August 20, 2019 If you removed a render, you will need to regenerate the chunk0.def file using CCT so the game loads the default render into memory. Quote

I did rebuild the def file but Adam Cole's render is just the "vacant" render. Quote
BlindedByTheGrace Posted August 20, 2019 Posted August 20, 2019 did you use CCT or Wrestleplus to rebuild the chunk0.def ? Quote

I used CCT, also the assigning of attires to multiple slots on default superstars seems to only work on Play Now rather than Universe mode. Quote

In universe you can't scroll through alternate attires. You have to go to superstar edit in Universe, Under attire, select the attire you want the game to use or select random so the game assigns at random for each match. Can you have a look in the type A and type B folders under the mods/CCT/renders subfolder if there is are files named 073900.pac. These files will contain the custom Adam Cole renders. If the files aren't there, I suggest to check you are using the latest version of CCT . Quote

Yup no 073900.pac because I deleted them, and I'm using the latest CCT from what I'm aware of which is 1.3.10 Quote

I will have to perform further tests and notify @TheVisitorX Quote
Cave Waverider Posted August 21, 2019 Posted August 21, 2019 I'm not sure, but I think that the latest version of CCT might disable the original render for a slot in whichever file the original renders are in when you replace a render to prevent random loading of one or the other. This would mean if you delete a render for exisiting superstars, it probably can't bring it back unless you restore the file with the original renders (or extract the original render from it and re-inject it). 1 Quote

The new CCT version changes the ids in the original pac file, because of the reported caching issues. So for now you have to restore your orginal ltag pac file.
