I just compared two pictures from Google Images, one from 2K18 and one from 2K17 and they look the exact same. Because I made an attire pack for Paige for 2K19 and while testing out my attire pack for Natalya I just made, I had her face Paige and I had selected Paige's 2K18 attire one time and her 2K17 attire the other and they looked the same.
