Face Photo Capture Not Working

Hello,

I downloaded WWE 2K19 for Xbox One a few days ago, hoping I could start on my CAW’s as soon as possible. Well, no matter what standards I meet as far as image resolution and format, the downloaded images will not appear in the Facial Photo Capture menu in the Create-A-Wrestler mode as it will only show me the defaults, and will not allow me to use RB to slide over to the downloaded list. The downloades list is not on the screen nor are the controls for RB/LB to allow me to access it.

 

If anyone knows what I may be doing wrong or could explain to me a solution to this I’d be forever grateful as I didn’t purchase the game to have these issues.
