retro camera without filter

Hey guys

Is there any existing mod that allows me to use the retro camera angle all the time, but without the 8bit graphics? 

i really love the feel of the high camera and would love you use it all the time with normal graphics.

do you think you can try to make this mod?? it cant be that hard is it? is it as simple as disabling the effect?

I'm a ps4 user who is looking to jump to PC and this camera would do it for me!
