Hi,

Yes it's possible though certain elements in the arena might not work properly, like the lights for instance.

An Arena can not be placed on its own slot. It will have to replace another in-game arena or replace one of the hidden 2k19 arenas.

Then there is the other issue of nameplates, matchup screens and locators for the 2k15 arena not working . You will have to probably use the nameplate for the 13-14 Arena.
