WWE 2K Modding - After I add objects to a character through .yobj file, there is a glitch

I am planning to mod Yokozuna. So, for that I am giving 2 elbow pads to Yokozuna mod. (left elbow pad and right elbow pad which will be as 'Object1', 'Object2' in elbow pad's .yobj file. And those Elbow pad's .yobj file, I took from Kane's pac file Mod.)

And I also aligned and sculpted those elbow pads perfectly to according to yokozuna's hand size. But in game it is displayed like this https://imgur.com/a/dCWqIuH .In the image I posted on https://imgur.com/a/dCWqIuH you can clearly see that yokozuna's left elbow pad has no glitches that is, it very perfectly there. But , whereas on the right hand of yokozuna, his right elbow pad has glitch.

So, Friends can you tell me how to fix this issue ?

This is the manual solution by @AznBlusuazn, if you have X-Rey by @tekken57, you can fix it by clicking the 'fix muscles' button. Peace.

Friend, I did that manually with CA editor tool. But still yokozuna has a glitch. So, is there any other ideas to fix the problem ?

Friend Based upon the tutorials and also by using CA Editor program, I tried it. So, therefore I have uploaded photos of what have seen during the work process.

Here on those photos, on the right side colomn (i.e "number2" is the column heading in the photo) , the numbers that above the number "12" (that is number 1 to 11, 15, 22, 23, 26, 29, 30) in the right side of the column, I can able to find and replace successfully. But the number "12" (in the right side of the column in photo) and also numbers that are below the number "12" (in the right side of the column in photo), I could not find in HxD. So Any solutions for this ?

I don't know man. It worked for me in 2k18. 

Where did you get the elbow pads?

Any chance someone already edited them and replaced m012 with another value already.

Elbow pads I took from Kane mod WWE 2k18 for giving those elbow pads to yokozuna. But elbow pad of Kane was already on a separate .yobj file and it was not on a 0000.yobj. That means, modder of that mod, have already scultped it according to Kane's hand size. And Yokozuna mod I have is WWE 2K17 mod.

bro i too have the same issue with goldberg kneepad...how u fixed it...
