Does anyone know how to put modded characters in Universe mode?

In the left side of the Custom Character Tools window, choose the universe option and simply inject the pofo/moveset like so: https://gyazo.com/684786fbbb487c0e88a2abc1e672cc6f

or create a new universe and import your savefile
