Buffs and Debuffs in cheat engine

I am trying to change how debuffs work but I can't find the adress where the superstar's buffs or debuffs are located.

If anyone has ever found the memory adress of the op that asign debuffs or what steps do you follow to find this memory address (type of variables, which scans did you use, etc) I would be pleased if you help me.
