Renaming Wrestlers Strings

Hey, can anyone possibly point me in the right direction? 

I'm trying to figure out how to rename wrestlers. In this example... Bobby Roode to Robert Roode and Mustafa Ali to Ali. I've extracted the 0000.dat files from the 'string_win.pac' and renamed every Bobby Roode to Robert Roode string I could find. However, when I inject the files back into the game files and regenerate, the game still says Bobby. 

Any ideas?
