Some questions about GM mode

Hey quick question, so like..gm mode used to be a thing, I remember playing it in the old svr games but i see alot of gm mode stuff with the handle 2k19 attached to it, i know gm mode is not in the game and idk exactly what those videos are but someone with knowledge can please tell me if there's a mod for 2k18 or 2k19 that adds gm mode? like...a full version of the gm mode we used to get? and if not, what is out there that we can play similarly to the gm mode of old?
