Can't use the Logo Importer

Hi all so within the last 12hrs, I went to upload & download a few logo's I had made. I can upload them no problem, however when it comes to downloading them via the game they just keep trying to load in and then when I go to download it says I can't. Was wondering if any of you guys would know a fix, if not I might to re-install the game,

P.S. I'm on the PS4

We have same problem on others platform (Xbox One and PC) like we said here : uploaded-images-not-loading-up-in-image-manager

I find it humorous (not really) that from 12:01 am the day the game came out, until last week, I never had an idea of what image I was uploading to the server until I went in-game to download to my save file, as I kept getting the "broken link" icon.

 

Then, all of a sudden, I was able to upload images, and actually see which ones they were, and now can't download them. At least they tweeted that they were working on it, but I found it ironic.
