Removing years from names in Universe

Hi all,

I want to remove the years from throwback superstars in Universe mode. Running an attitude era universe and things like Triple H '01 and Chris Jericho '00 are showing up on loading screens, promos etc.

I know you can edit Superstars and disable the alternate attire setting, which allows you to change the name. But with a lot of the Superstars in the game there are no announce options once you edit the character in anyway. For example, I took the '01 out of Triple H but then I could not select Triple H as his announce name.

Does anyone have a better idea of how to achieve it?

Hi, what platform or console are you using ?

Default characters do not have their presentation/ announce names listed for selection in CAS ?

If you are using PC, all you need to do is change the name string width the Data Editor 2k19.
