The PC version is digital only. You can purchase the game on Steam (or purchase a key from an official key seller), then download and install the Steam client and let it download and install the game from your library. Once that's done, you can play. Be sure that your PC matches or supersedes the system requirements, though, or it may not work or perform poorly.
