Weird trouble adding in a mod to slot 509???

This hasn't happened for me in a while but, I recently put in matts Big John Studd mod into slot 509 rick steiner. I got him in the game, the name shows up. But in play now when you pick him he doesn't load up. It stays on the loading screen....This hasn't happened in a while

I did everything right. Just wanted to know if there was anything going on with slot 509
