Is it possible to use 2k19 Pofo for 2k18?

I downloaded PAC files for Crush [Brian Adams] and the only thing I am really missing is the Pofo. If I give him a Empty pofo, he doesn't show up. If I give him a default pofo, he shows up in game, but listed as default wrestler [Kevin Nash in my case]. So since no one bothered to upload a pofo of him for 2k18, I am wondering if its possible to use/convert a 2k19 pofo for 2k18?

 

That and I don't really know how to rename him if he is listed as someone else [I was glad he showed up in game, but I wanted to rename him]

No. It's a different format.

Use Data Editor for WWE 2k18 to create a new .pofo for your wrestler.
