Increasing Graphics Settings

Hi everyone. I need some help, I am trying to work out the best way to get the quality of the recording, in game using create a video, zoomed in, like on xbox one, the same good high quality as xbox one elite, my gaming pc and laptop both have graphics cards 1050ti, is it do-able to increase the settings, or not do-able, if not what card do I need, many thanks
