Added superstars crashing in Creation Studio

hello all,

I am asking this question on behalf of my brother as I am still staying with 2k18 and therefore can not verify or troubleshoot this myself. He is able to add superstars (not talking about mods, but missing superstars from previous games e.g. Ryback, Typhoon,...) to the game and they are all working fine in matches and universe, but when he wants to edit them in creation studio his game is crashing. Of course it is a legit steam version. Chunk0.arc cleared and chunk0.def file updated of course

Is there a point what needs to be looked at to get those working? I am assuming a 2k19 pach is required and the files from previous game needs to be injected into this (0000.yobj, 000C, 000A etc) could this be correct?

Thank you in advance and have a good evening all

They are probably using or missing certain object files that don't work or are required to work in Creation Studio this year. It's the same with any mods that haven't been specifically created to work with the WWE 2k19 creation studio (very few have).

Thank you Cave for the information. So that means he won't be able to edit those missing superstars in Creation Studio and there is no workaround?

Hi,

It seems there are certain files in the 2k19 Character pac’s missing from the 2k18 models. The game needs to read these files to load the character in CAS studio. You will discover minor differences if you decompress 2k18 and 2k19 model of a superstar and compare the contents in the object folders.
