Playing with my son "unable to play community material security blah blah

Can anyone help me, I bought this game for my son, He downloaded some user community stuff, i checked every possible setting 10x even made a new guest account, then disabled security temporarily and yet NOTHING works. We get to the player controller select screen and i cannot move any button without the error popping up..  I have my master account, A family member account and my new "guest" account and cannot get this to work.. I will refund if this is truly broken? Any help appreciated? Thanks

Which System is the game on? Do you have a screenshot of your problem?

I dont have a SS handy,  This is happening on our PS4.
