Need help inserting mods into game

So I'm a complete newbie when it comes to inserting mods as I've always just played it on PS4 but it's something i've been looking at as I have loads of custom story ideas for youtube but I would require updated attire/entrances for superstars, as well as adding characters who aren't in the game like omega/punk/ciampa and so on as well as them all having their music and titantrons and some new arenas ect and that looks far better with the amazing mods on here and 2km.

so basically everything that could be modded I probably want, however i have no clue what i'm doing when it comes to this stuff, I managed to add a Ciampa to my game just with CCT 2019 but he didnt have a titantron or music, but when i tried to add ones where it was only a .pac file like cm punk, pentagon jr & cody they didn't come with a pofo & moveset like the Ciampa one did and the game hasn't picked them up at all, same applies for me trying to update ambrose to his new look and rollins to his royal rumble attire.

Anyone able to teach me how to add things into the game or are there any tutorials for dummies anywhere? 😅

im just gonna post here instead of making another one. I followed all the directions and mods are still not working for me. I literally have no idea what to do at this point. ive been trying all day and I think ill just get a refund because mods are the only reason I wanted it on pc.

what program do you use to install the mods? I had issues with CCT, so I use pacplus. Have you tried both?
