using "male" caw parts on female caw?

Is there a way to do this? The males get so many more parts that would be fantastic for women.

No. Even if you could unlock these parts for the other gender (which might be possible, although I don't think anybody has figured out how to yet), they would most likely glitch and clip since they weren't created for the other gender base model/skeleton in mind (similar to how it looks when you switch a female CAW to male or vice versa).
