Looking for a MOD (paying)

What's up guys! I'm looking for a modder that can make a mod so I can run a show on Twitch.

What I need is a way for people from the chat to be able to interact with my game. 

So when somebody that's "trusted" say a MOD runs a command like say

!nextmatch

The game will auto select the next match.

That's just a basic example.
