All CCs are corrupted

Starting yesterday I can't download any CCs because I get a message saying that the file is corrupted.  I've tried downloading multiple different CCs but to no avail.  I read online about an issue with file space for images (which I'm apparently at) but when I try to delete the files they won't delete.  Anyone else have this problem?  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In fact there are two issues with that

- 1. The caws logos are corrupted, or missing on CC (I had this problem last year for Trent Barretta, there was 3 on CC, only one was good.

- 2. You have too much logos on your save that you need to delete (if you have 198/200mo of logos for example, you can't upload any caws which has more than a few images, especially the 512x512. the CC will tell you that the files are corrupt or other).
