Data Editor and CcT

So I haven't played 2k in a while and today i finally decided to update the game and add some mods. So i tried to install Lashley mod using cct and data editor but it doesn't work at all cct does nothing data editor doesn't even unlock the attire alot. Is there a reason why nothing is working?

Ensure you have the latest version of both Data Editor and CCT installed, you own the Titans Pack DLC (which Bobby Lashley is part of), you have set the game directory correctly in both Data Editor and CCT, have the Chunk0.arc cleared via Data Editor or CCT and the Chunk0.def regenerated fully nly via CCT, not other tools.

Reading the Installing Mods wiki page if you haven't done so recently should give you some helpful pointers as well.
