kuba015 Posted February 16, 2019 Posted February 16, 2019 I spent some time looking for a workaround to get the Elimination Chamber Match in a custom arena. Unfortunately WrestlePlus shows up an error when trying to edit the match, so here I ask - how to get the EC Match in a custom arena? Is there something to edit with HxD, Cheat Engine? Quote
kuba015 Posted February 19, 2019 Author Posted February 19, 2019 Well, WrestlePlus used to do the job, but until Pozzum fixes that, are we left with no options? Maybe we should take a different way, like replacing the original Elimination Chamber with custom arena made in Create-An-Arena? Quote

You'd "just" have to find out the memory addresses that needs to be changed for it. Quote
kuba015 Posted February 20, 2019 Author Posted February 20, 2019 So I went into the Cheat Engine and tried to search for an address by the arena slot (02 for NXT, 1B for Chamber, etc.). When I thought that I have found the right address, changing the value didn't give anything in the game. Once I've managed to do it successfully though, on 1-on-1 mode. I changed the number to 60, which should be the hidden GBOF arena (that information might be outdated?), but I got thrown into WCW Nitro arena with dark lighting and no crowd. But that was it after an hour of work (looking for tutorials as well), and that's all I did today. I don't know if I should keep looking for it... Quote
kuba015 Posted February 21, 2019 Author Posted February 21, 2019 Looks like I did it. The address is changing every time I open the character selection screen, though, but it is easy to find it. Just enter the battle royal mode first, then select the arena and scan for the value (array of byte type) that it is allocated to (values are in the arena info spreadsheet, WPAR section). Change the arena and do a Next Scan for the value of it. Keep doing this until there are few addresses left. Then exit the battle royal and enter the Elimination Chamber mode. One of the values should be 15. Changing one of them should make the arena change in game. The entrances in other arenas work correctly. 1 Quote
